There is a particular kind of magic that lives in the dark — in the hour before dawn, in candlelight that throws shadows across stone walls, in the quiet ceremony of striking a match. Ember and Earth was built inside that hour.

We are an independent, owner-operated studio making hand-poured soy candles for people who believe their spaces deserve more than the ordinary. Every vessel is poured to order — never mass-produced, never pre-stocked on a warehouse shelf — because we believe the objects you invite into your home should be made with the same deliberateness you'd give anything sacred.

The Craft

Each candle begins as raw material: premium 100% natural soy wax, chosen for its clean burn, smooth finish, and ability to carry fragrance with quiet depth. We work with skin-safe, phthalate-free fragrance oils and essential oil blends — sourced for complexity, tested for performance, and selected because a scent should tell a story, not just fill a room.

Wicks are chosen by hand for each vessel size to ensure an even, steady flame. We pour in small batches, allowing every candle the time it needs to cure before it reaches you. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is mass-produced.

Handmade to Order

When you place an order with Ember and Earth, your candle does not yet exist. It is made for you — poured, cooled, labelled, and packed with intention after your order arrives. This process takes time, and we ask for your patience because we believe it is worth it.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive tracking once it is on its way. Every candle is inspected before packaging to ensure it arrives exactly as it left the studio.
